Summary:
Pt78 is currently seeking an Senior Consultant to work with our leadership team across a broad range of clients. We are looking for an energetic self-starter, who is an expert in media and digital, a creative thinker and is passionate about data, martech and systems innovation.
The successful candidate will play a key role in the growth of our media audit proposition and input into the development of our online client solution; Platform 78™.
In addition, they will support and input into our other key business areas, including Pitch Consultancy, Marketing Investment Review and Marketing Strategy.

You are very experienced in media (8+ years) and at the stage of your career that you are ready for a new challenge.
You love a good spreadsheet (!), it’s your comfort zone, but you also love extracting insights from the data and developing strategic recommendations for clients. You love working with people and you love solving problems.
You are confident and skilled in building professional relationships.

What are some of the things you’ll be doing?
o Managing Media Audits
· Delivering the end-to-end media audit process, and ensuring the highest standards of efficiency, accuracy and expertise.
· Creating bespoke media audit approaches, based on client need, while delivering consistent processes and norms.
o Client Service
· Managing client relationships, throughout media audit and other processes, to guarantee the highest level of satisfaction.
· Providing ad hoc expert advice as required - we encourage our clients to ‘pick up the phone’ if they want another opinion at any stage in the year.
o Business Development
· Input into the proposition development.
· Identify new business targets.
· Mange pitch processes.
o Product Development
· Continually challenge our product and service and strive to innovate.
· Provide strategic input on tech iterations and new tech developments.
· Support the software development team as a key business partner.
o Relationship Management
· Support, understand and learn from our key stakeholders; including agencies, media owners and industry bodies.
What are some of the skills and qualities you should have?
· At least 8 years’ experience, in media and digital.
· Advanced Excel proficiency, with an ability to analyse and transform raw data into actionable insights, streamline reporting processes and support decision-making through precise and efficient data management.
· A genuine love for technology and staying on top of a rapidly changing industry.
· A big picture thinker, with a strategic mindset.
· Confidence and excellent presentation skills.
· Experience of negotiation and mediation.
